This advanced Cream Activator is designed for maximum lift and protection. A high concentration of nourishing mineral oils support hair’s natural moisture balance, which ensures brilliant shine and hydration after the blonding process. This rich formula has minimal water content to prevent the dilution of color, alkalizers, and peroxides. 

HOW TO USE: In a non-metallic container, pour in one part of Be Blond Hi-Lift or Ultra Lift 9 Lightening Powder and two parts of Be Blond Premium Cream Activator. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous, smooth cream consistency.
